You’ll also find us cooking at local markets, serving up delicious dishes made from locally sourced ingredients in our woodfired oven.

With over 30 years of experience in the hospitality industry, we have the expertise to make your event truly memorable.

Chris honed his craft in England’s gastro pubs and Michelin-starred fine diners before moving to Perth in 2013. There, he became Head Chef at Fremantle’s beloved Bread in Common and later, alongside Holly, helped launch Coogee Common as Head Chef and Restaurant Manager.

In 2022, we founded Fairbrother & Bailey, embarking on a new chapter to bring exceptional food and service to your table.
