At Fairbrother and Bailey we understand that all events are different. Whether it be a wedding banquet for 200, an intimate fine dining experience at your home or a long table picnic in the sun we provide bespoke catering tailor made to your special day. You will also find us cooking at local markets with locally sourced ingredients in our woodfired oven.
With over 30 years working in the hospitality industry we have the experience to make your event a memorable one.
Chris gained his experience working in gastro pubs and Michelin star fine diners in England before moving to Perth in 2013. There he became head chef of Fremantle favourite Bread in Common. In 2017 Holly and Chris met here and would go on to open Coogee common as Head chef and restaurant manager. In 2022 we decided to start Fairbrother and Bailey and are looking forward to this next chapter in our lives.
